Sports Scientist | Performance Coach | Youth Development

I’ve worked in elite sport for over 25 years, supporting athletes across football, tennis, basketball, athletics and youth development.

My work sits at the intersection of performance, availability and long term development, helping athletes create their own pathways and fulfill their athletic potential.

I’m the creator of StrengthLab Superheroes, a progressive movement and strength system used by over a million children worldwide, and host of the Fatigue Index podcast.

I’ve been featured in CNN, ESPN and The Times, and was awarded UKSCA Youth Strength & Conditioning Coach of the Year.
Featured and quoted across international media and performance platforms, including:
  • CNN
  • ESPN
  • The Times
  • The New York Times/The Athletic
  • Podcast appearances across football and performance science
  • Conference speaker in elite sport and youth development

My PHILOSOPHY is built on a simple idea, strength is not just about force, it’s about coordination, timing and how the body works as a system.
